Bobby S. arrived 10 minutes late so I was a little disappointed to begin with. However, after his arrival and his termite inspection I can see why. He answered all my questions, brought up concerns he had and explained possible solutions. Our crawl space vapor barrier is about shot, so he offered a replacement product. The price was the best I have been quoted! He noticed my wife’s mice and rat traps and suggested improvements we should try! We have woods and gardens throughout our yard, hence mice. I also have a brush pile which he recommended I dispose of! I took notes and will strive to implement his suggested actions. Next year, if we still have rodent problems we will use Dodson Pest Control as we highly recommend them and if you are lucky enough to get Bobby S you will be impressed!

David DeBerry always does a great job. He has been doing my pest control since I contracted service with Dodson almost 4 years ago (he treats my house every 8 weeks). If something comes up between treatments, Dodson comes out and addresses whatever that issue may be as well. I do not have problems with bugs thanks to David and Dodson, and I highly recommend them.

They come out monthly and spray around the outside and check the traps. I originally started service because of ants on my kitchen counter. After a couple visits, the ants are all gone. Then I had a nest of yellow jackets in the ground in my yard which attacked my son while cutting the grass. Yellow jacket removal is an extra service with different fee, but they were out the following day and by the end of the week, all the yellow jackets were gone. I got to meet Lexi, our regular technician and she was great and friendly. Thanks for all your help!!
