Johnmichael provides monthly home pest control services and is always professional, trustworthy, full of knowledge and very positive and friendly. He answers questions and provides pertinent information in a timely manner. He has always been responsive if I have an issue (such as wasp swarm) between regular visits. Additionally, I have an annual home inspection for termites. I have been very pleased with the extermination/pest control services Dodson has provided.

Dodson Bros. are the bug/insect pros to go with! John Michael comes every 3 weeks and we don't have any bug/insect issues because he is so efficient. He can deal with what ever comes your way. We have ants from time to time and he at the time of visit fixes the problem. John Michael is very professional, and a great listener! He is always willing to hear your issues each visit, and also he knows all about any bug/ insect and all other pest issues that one could have, and he fixes the issue right away in a professional manner!

I had been to a motel and thought I brought bed bugs home with me. Melinda made time to quickly swing by my home for an inspection. She was super supportive and very knowledgeable. I probably have chigger bites, not bed bug bites, but I’ll be calling Melinda again if the bites don’t clear up in a week or so. She will get the bed bug sniffing dog in for me. Two thumbs way up for this company and Melinda in particular.

Buckey sprays the outside and inside of my house for ants. He also left and rechecks mouse traps in my kitchen area. I had a terrible ant and spider problem before Buckey started spraying my house and it is completely under control. Buckey is completely professional and a hard worker and does a very good job. I am very happy to have him as my Dodson representative.
