Rhonney Jacob’s is absolutely amazing! I woke up this morning to find Ants all over my kitchen so I called up Dodson is have someone come over to help. Rhonney came straight away and was able to spray and place gel on multiple surfaces of my kitchen. His speed of arrival, professionalism, and kindness was so appreciated! Thank you Rhonney!!

Dodson was called out for termites. Robbie gave the building a thorough inspection and then gave us a way forward that was easy and doable. The team came out and treated the entire building. We have a plan that will last as long as we own the building. I would recommend this company. they were respectful, knowledgeable, thorough and kind.

Matt Caves told me he has been in the pest removal business for 20 plus years. Matt is our Inspector and has personally taken care of a rental property, a family home we are selling, and the home we live in. His professionalism and attention to detail is hard to find. Matt hands you a card with his name, the office number, and his cell phone. He is quick to answer anytime you send a text and is on time when he makes an appointment. If you have to call the office for anything, you speak to a person not a machine. We have dealt with all sorts of issues at these three properties including roaches, spiders, and even roof rats. All of these pest have been eliminated and we are on the Dodson maintenance program to make sure they don't come back. Matt has personally handled the rat issue and has a team of experienced professionals that help to keep us safe. I cannot say enough about the service and the experience I have had with Matt and Dodson Pest Control. If you are having issues with pests, give Dodson a call.

We started using Dodson Pest Control just over a year ago when we had some rodent activity under the house. They responded quickly to our phone call, addressed the rodent problem immediately, and we have been using them since. Jalen is an example of the caliber of people who have been to the house. He was on time, very pleasant, and extremely thorough when spraying around the house. When he finished, I was quite confident the work had been done well.

We had an issue with bugs. I spoke with Steve, the GM, added a product to eradicate the issue. He was nice guy and easy to relate to. We opted to keep the service.

Came out diagnosed the issues, charged a more then fair price. Monthly plan $45, that comes with free calls in case of infestation or problems, Monthly checks on traps and sticky baits, plus great customer service and reassurance that your home is protected! Wld recommend to anyone that needs pest control.

Very thorough inside and outside the house; plus, the termite inspector couldn't have been nicer or more pleasant! We've been using Dodson Pest Control annually for Termite Inspections since 1994 (28 years), apparently!I'll also mention the courteous and professional general pest control service we've received monthly from Freddie (for perhaps even more than 28 years!)... He's the best--really terrific!

Dodson does a great Job . I dealt with them for many years and I have had some ok tech's but not great tech's in the past. But the tech that I have now named Les services both of my houses as well as my sister's. Les is the reason that I am still with them. He by far is the best tech that I have come across . I have rentals as well on a 3 month plan with another company. Dodson does not do 3 month pest control and they are good but they are not caliber that Les is. He also services my sisters houses as well. He is always on time communicates well and goes out of his way to make customers happy. He also serviced the company that I worked for. And they were always very satisfied with his work as well. If you want a company to do your home or business pest control Dodson can handle your pest problems. They have me as a customer as long as Les is working for them and they manage there pricing to stay competitive.
