On one of his regularly scheduled visits a few months ago, Devin spotted yellowjackets flying in and out of a crack in the siding near the kitchen door. I could have easily been seriously stung since the insects were right at face level and I hadn't noticed them. It took a couple of treatments, but the yellowjackets were eliminated. He called or texted several times to make sure the bugs were gone. On another occasion, I was out of town for an extended period and Devin called me during a regularly scheduled service to tell me that I had left a window open. Knowing that it might be weeks before I returned, he graciously offered to go inside and close it for me, saving me certain water damage from the next heavy rain. Devin is a great representative of Dodson's customer service and commitment to their clients.

I had a yellow jacket nest in my backyard and called Dodson for help. They sent Bobby Salati the next morning. He was great. Not only was he professional and highly competent, he was friendly and personable as well. He explained everything he needed to do and invited me to watch or even film if I wanted to! It was actually educational and I'm glad I called this company and had Bobby do the work. Before "going in" he had to reinforce his bee suit with tape and when he was finished, I knew why... there were yellow jackets that tried to get at him stuck to the tape on his boots!! If I need help again, I'll be calling him back!

I initially called Terminix because I found wasps in my daughters room. Terminix came out but said they were unable to help with my problem, gave me inaccurate information and NEVER checked in my daughters room to find where the wasps were coming in from. Bobby called me the day after and offered me knowledge as well as humor. Bobby checked outside my house and in my daughters room, lol. I was very pleased with the service offered to me.
