After the first visit I had an issue getting another tech to come out. Turns out the tech had to have surgery and I was just lost in transition. Once it got all situated I have had zero issues and Matt has been a pleasure to have at my house to do the work.Adding to review after having their service for a while. At first they had a problem keeping technicians - every 2 months someone new would show up, the service was lacking, and I was thinking of gong to another company. Since they hired Sean, he has been coming regularly and does a great job. He is conscientious, knowledgeable, friendly, and he takes good care of my property. I'm glad he is on the job - I hope Dodson doesn't lose him - I think he is an asset to their field work
