We called several companies to come out to our house. We choose Dodson pest control after speaking with technician Shawn, who then came out to our house. He was very honest and knowledgeable. The other companies seemed less honest. Shawn solved our ant problem right away and then did a follow up call to make sure the problem was still under control that is something that is unheard of anymore. It is nice to know that people still care. Thank you Dodson and thank you Shawn, you are a true asset to the Dodson company. If I could give 6 stars I would!!!!

I'm here to say that my husband and I have had Dodson Pest Control over the years to maintain any pest situation that arises. They have always been faithful in their regular visits. Whenever I've had an issue with any pests, they put my concern on the next regular visit or sometimes come right out depending upon the issue. Most of the time we just have exterior treatments to keep pests away, but occasionally we need more and they will come inside and treat a problem. Today, I called and talked to Kelly. She added my concern of bees building nests underground in the mulch that I noticed just yesterday. She let me know that Karen is due out and will be dealing with my concern. We have a tree line behind our house and it's not unusual at different times of the year to have bug issues. The staff has always been courteous and reliable and I highly recommend them. :)

My daughter's met Michell when she was working at the neighbor's house and they told her that we have an ant issue. She gave them her card and later rewarded them for their referral! I called the office and spoke with Kelly who was warm, understanding and quite personable. She contacted Michell right away and less than 24 hours later we had an appointment set up.Michell and Kelly are wonderful to work with. They walked us through the details of each treatment and price options. Kelly even referred me to a landscaping company to help with ticks in the yard. Michell took a personal interest in our kids and animals while remaining very professional during her visit. She even climbed under the car with my daughter to save a kitten and faced a childhood fear of ferrets! I highly recommend this company, especially if they are all like Michell and Kelly. Welcome to our home Dodson Bros - and Peace Out Ants!

Michelle is the Woman of the Year! She is NOT afraid of any bees or wasps! She took down a huge Wasps nest from over 40 feet up into the side of my roof. She and Jason came and got the job done professionally and were friendly and reasonably priced compared to other companies in the area. Thank you so much Dodson Pest Control Exterminators for hiring these two wonderful and professional employees. They represent your company well.

I think the people at Dodson are amazing! They didn't hesitate to answer all my questions with patience - I always have alot of questions. I've met several of their people and I think the best person so far is Tim. I think he's a manager (or should be!) but still helped me when I needed service for my mother's home - bedbugs - and made me feel much better about how and why she got them. I would call them anytime I need an exterminator as long as they send Tim.

Garrett always calls the day before to let us know he is coming. Always helpful and very easy to deal with. When we have additional problems Garrett schedules his arrival within the next 24 hours.
