Robert Perez went above and beyond by getting a long-handled tool from his truck and cleaning some sort of dirt from s high place near my front door. No way I could have done it without a tall ladder. He was pleasant and respectful. You’re fortunate to have him in your employ.

I submitted queries on-line yesterday for help with an issue to a number of places from yelp, google, etc. Most of them emailed or called and wanted to set me up with a contract, looking for credit card numbers, etc. without getting ANY other information about my problem. F(orget) all of them!Dodson Pest Control in Leesburg was 100% different. My apologies for not remembering the name of the man with whom I spoke. But he asked about my issue and gave me his cell number so I could send some pictures of what I was seeing. He called back immediately and asked for a couple more pics from a different angle. He gave me his assessment that it was unlikely to be critters or wasps etc as I suspected. I told him I could easily go up in the attic for a look at the inside and he simply told me what to look for. Turned out not to be what either of us thought. I called him back, telling him i was ready to sign for service or regular visits or whatever; I was so grateful for help, just over the phone. But he said he wasn't going to take my money; the thing I discovered was a dead nest and I could easily remove it myself if I as willing and able. I still haven't paid him a cent. He only spent 30 or so minutes of his time, including some text messages this morning. But that was invaluable to me! I'm hoping to find pests now so I can sign on with him.Please give this company a call if you need services like theirs. They deserve our business more than any other company's services I have employed in my 20+ years of being a homeowner.

Mr. Layman is very professional, he calls me the day before so I can get the bait boxes ready. He even made a special trip out the day after a service one time because I forgot to ask for ant baits.

Edit: its been about a year since we started the service and Im still very pleased with the company as a whole and Robin in particular! We still see the occasional spider and silverfish, but we cant expect 100% perfection. The improvement from when we first moved in has been huge. The ants returned with the spring, but Robin banished them again. Happy customer here!Original review:When we called Dodson we had carpenter bees, ants, silverfish, and assorted other critters. We have no idea how long our house was empty before we moved in, but the bugs were obnoxious. Dodson came out and immediately fixed our carpenter bee problem, and our other bugs have been greatly diminished. We had ants show back up, and Dodson had someone out within 2 business days to fix it.Robin was the tech who came out today and I was really impressed. She was cheerful, friendly, and asked me what i was comfortable with regarding masks and treatments. She gave me a small window she would arrive within, and was on time. She even greeted our pup from a respectful distance and in a way that didnt get her all hyped up.Very pleased with Dodson so far, and especially with Robin!

Shane came out very quickly for the termite inspection. He was knowledgeable, found the issues immediately and made great recommendations for treatment to get rid of our termite problem. Shane was responsive (via email too, which was great) and kept us up-to-date on schedules and such. Shane completed the treatment and it was performed quickly and effectively. For any future pest issues, we will be using Dodson!

Recently moved to Leesburg and quickly identified a serious problem throughout our newly purchased home.Spiders…everywhere!All of the exterior bushes had spider webs, most of the exterior siding and windows had webs. The spiders were getting so bold that they would run across the floor in the middle of the day!I called Shane at Dodson Pest control and could not have been happier. He was extremely prompt and professional. He made a personal visit to inspect and helped me formulate a multi-faceted plan to get our home pest free.He did not try to upsell me or push expensive services. Some of the steps were straightforward things that I needed to do to make his service even more effective.Spiders and ants problems have been solved. I liked working with Shane so much I recently contacted him to help with mice mitigation.These guys know what they are doing and provide a level of service that was completely unexpected. Dobson Brothers has provided termite and pest control on my home for almost 20 years. They have always been responsive, providing wonderful service. I switched to them after purchasing my home back in 2000 and they have come every year to check for termites offering a better value than the original termite application company.
