I am set up on a recurring appointment every 3 months for pest control. (I have two houses, i use Dodson for both, I will start with my main home) Matt calls to let me know when he will be in my area, so I know ahead of time. He usually gives me a time range and shows up right on time! I work at home so it’s easy, but when he comes he understands I’m working, and is very professional, respectful, and efficient. He is so nice to my dogs who aren’t always perfect! Since we have started using Dodson, I’ve seen maybe one or two palmetto bugs inside, and they are usually already dead when I see them. I couldn’t recommend them more!

After the first visit I had an issue getting another tech to come out. Turns out the tech had to have surgery and I was just lost in transition. Once it got all situated I have had zero issues and Matt has been a pleasure to have at my house to do the work.Adding to review after having their service for a while.
