Very professional, polite, courteous, and very nice overall. He was honest and stated he didn’t see any nests around our home and told us to call anytime for a free evaluation if needed. He also informed me of monthly care that could be done if we ever did have any issues with infestations. Out of the different places I called they were the only ones to call me back and they did so that very same afternoon I called and made an appointment with me for the next day. I feel much more relaxed knowing I have a business with such nice people and know they’ll come to do work and make sure things get done! I highly recommend them!

If not for Brandy we would have been leaving a very negative review. We were not happy with the individual doing our site assessment and treatments, but Brandy, who works in their office, is AMAZING!!! She in a day fixed all our issues. She worked with the manager, Mike, to get our paperwork into the individuals in order for us to close on our house. Without their intervention we would have had to cancel our closing, since for a week we could not reach the other employee nor get our needed paperwork. She is truly fabulous and whatever she is paid, it is not enough. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for all your aide in ensuring we could close. Had we not, we may have had to resubmit which would have caused us to have a higher interest rate. That would have been an even bigger nightmare than what we endured trying to reach the individual who did our treatment. Brandy is also handling the closure on our account and she has been extremely professional, courteous and very efficient in all our dealings with her.

Very impressed with Raleigh. He is a hard worker who seems very proud of and dedicated to his job. I am very satisfied with services he offered and feel I can sleep safely in my house tonight without getting stung by a yellow jacket. I just needed a company I could trust and that would have my best interests in mind. I found it and Raleigh is the face of that company for me.

Ralliegh showed up for the inspection only 2 hrs after I called and gave me an estimate and scheduled us for the treatment. He was even an hour early for the treatment so he could go over everything again. He was very thorough and explained everything very well. Great worker and company, very professional, timely.Update: So 10 months later and bedbug free, just one treatment and done. That's amazing in case you didn't know.

Ralleigh was incredible! We called to have someone come by and give an estimate. 1 hour later Ralleigh arrived. Not only was he one of the most charismatic individuals I’ve had the pleasure of taking to, but he gave us a great deal and serviced our property same day on the spot. I would give him 10 stars, but there are only 5. I cannot recommend enough.

This company deserves more than 5 stars. I sent an online request and was called within the hour from Ralliegh. Ralliegh came to my home the same day, which was 12 minutes after he called. I appreciated his professionalism, humor, kindness, and patience while listening to my rant about the ants. We signed up for the yearly plan and he sprayed the same day to get us started. Ralliegh was very professional and thoroughly explained the services Dodson offers.He sprayed the wooden beams on our home to deter carpenter bees from boring holes and sprayed around the perimeter of the home for general pest control.

We've been using Dodson since 2016 and love them! We live in a cedar home so the carpenter bees are awful. We get the bee spray once a year and it keeps them at bay. We also get the regular monthly service and couldn't be happier about it. Cody the manager is great! Super easy to talk to and makes sure his guys get the job done. Always professional and makes sure everything is done properly and in a timely manner. Thank you Dodson for keeping our home bug free!!!!
