Dodson Pest Control gave us tremendous and immediate help in eliminating fleas and other pests in my brother’s apartment. It was quite an infestation. The local Leesburg, VA location, run by Shane and Diane, could not have been more professional to work with.They deftly handled the double job of taking the entire contents of the apartment to a secure off-site location for fumigation, and then treating the apartment carpeting completely without furniture in the way.Extra time was taken with the off-site fumigation due to the density of the contents sitting in the moving truck. This provided much peace of mind for my brother upon its return to his apartment.I appreciated the communications with Diane at the front line, and her coordination with Shane about the details of this job. This place is the best. After traveling, we picked up some not so welcome additions to our home. By the time we realized it, there was an infestation in 2 bedrooms of the home. I had an allergic reaction to the bugs themselves and my asthma was out of control. I contacted Dodson after seeing other reviews. They were friendly, affordable, understanding of the need to get our home treated quickly. Mark was amazing. He was extremely thorough, used products that didn't exacerbate my asthma and allergies and got the job done. We did choose to have the dogs come in and were amazed at their skills as well. They didn't pick up any more live bugs but were on top of it enough to still pick up a leftover shell from one in a bedroom. I felt like it was the end of the world when this happened to us but Dodson definitely made us feel much better about the situation. We will always use them for our future pest control needs regardless of what they are.

Dodson Pest Control is a good company with good people.There were a couple points of miscommunication trying to get an appointment set up due to some unexpected issues, but it was resolved professionallyI also want to specifically thank Rick. While spraying my house, he noticed a flower pot was knocked over from the storm and went above and beyond to pick it up. This seems small, but personal experience tells me most people wouldn't do something like this; and it speaks positively to someone's character.

I called Dodson Pest Control in Culpeper because I wasn’t sure what the things crawling out of holes in the door jamb were. Less than half an hour later Joshua Yezierski , their inspector, called and came to inspect and confirm that they were indeed termites. I showed him the three other places I was concerned about and he was able to diagnose and recommend what needed to be done. He was professional and courteous and friendly as we discussed price and payments, following his external inspection and measurements. He immediately treated the front door termites and said he would be scheduling my house within the next week. I was relieved and comfortable that he knew what needed to be done and that if there were any additional problems following treatment that he would return to re-treat. I would highly recommend Dodson Pest Control and their inspector Joshua Yezierski.

Marclay (Mark) came to our rescue at our home late on a Friday afternoon within under an hour of us discovering a giant termite swarm coming from our basement. We live in a historic home in old town Warrenton, and I was concerned about getting the problem taken care of quickly and effectively without breaking the bank. He treated the initial swarm onsite, and within 3 days Dodson’s team was already starting the long term treatment for our entire home. The entire project was extremely reasonably priced, and we have now made friends and a pest control resource for life! Within 2 weeks we have already utilized their services on a separate home and recommended them to other people. Please contact them today for any of your pest control needs. Anyone needing pest control should check with Dodson Brothers Pest Control. My annual contract is $107.00 FOR A 3000 SQ FT HOME, A TWO STORY 3 CAR GARAGE AND A 75'X16' DOG KENNEL. ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES WANTED $1,200.00 AND UPjus for the house and garage. They do an excellent jo and always offer free advice for safe products to use for any type of pest.
