Matt is always here within 30 minutes of the time arranged. He is friendly and efficient in his work. Once a month I see that yellow Dodson truck pull into our office and I know we're going to be taken care off. Jacob is a wonderful technician and I am so happy to see him. He makes sure that all of our needs are met and does it with a smile. He's polite and respectful and always has something nice to say. When I told him a spider tried to land on me from above he offered to come back in and treat again, even though he had just been there a few days before.
