“Jordan called me before servicing my home as I had asked Dodson to do. He arrived a little earlier than I expected, which was fine and introduced himself as this was the first time he had serviced my home. Apparently, he is in training because he had a supervisor with him and the supervisor hardly spoke at all during the time they were at my home. Jordan sprayed the inside first asking if it was okay for him to enter certain rooms. He was polite and professional during his entire visit. After servicing the inside, he moved to the outside and sprayed the perimeter of my home. In the past I have had very good service personnel and some I questioned. I believe Jordan will be a very good serviceman and hope that he continues with Dodson and receives my route in the future.”
