I've called Dodson on two occasions. The first time, the inspector was available the very next day, came out, treated my yellow jacket problem immediately and offered to come back at no additional charge if the treatment didn't solve the problem (it did). The price was very reasonable. The second time, I left a message over the weekend about an unrelated bug problem. That inspector called that very night. The problem was solved ASAP at a very fair cost. I can't recommend a business more. Both inspectors were friendly, intelligent, and treated me like a VIP. If I have any future problems, I will call them without hesitating.

The rep came out and listened to the issues and problems we were experiencing, then gave a great solution and was able to start treatment that day! Looking forward to NOT having to call them back for issues, but if we do, I am assured that they’ll take care of it.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff! A definite 5-star rating and the only company we use for pest control.. PERIOD!! Its not as expensive as you would expect either! Orkin costs so much more!
